MOBA Annual Dues are $395 for Builder and Associate Memberships,*Affiliate dues are $100. *Members may join under the Affiliate designation, as long as their parent company is a MOBA member in good standing.

Affiliate membership dues, ONLY VALID under a parent company, are $100; for example a real estate broker is the parent company, its real estate agents are the ‘affiliates’; a financial institution is a parent company, additional branch locations/employees are the ‘affiliates’. This is not for Associates/Trade Partners without an existing parent membership in good standing.

MOBA’s goal is to provide lobbying support, education, market resources and innovative networking opportunities for those in the building industry.

In making application for membership, I agree to abide by the By-laws, Code of Ethics and Association Policies of the Metropolitan Omaha Builders Association (MOBA). I further agree to pay annual dues in advance and any and all assessments within thirty (30) days after the billing. I understand that failure to pay Association dues in advance and/or other obligations within thirty (30) days after billing will result in termination from MOBA for accrued or obligated dues and/or assessments. I understand that membership includes twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of this application by the Board of Directors. Thereafter, notice of intention to cancel membership must be made in writing to the MOBA Executive Vice-President thirty (30) days in advance of the effective date of such notice. In the event of termination of membership, for any reason, the use of the logo or endorsement of MOBA in any form whatsoever must be immediately discontinued by the member firm I represent.

Membership dues paid to the Metro Omaha Builders Association are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, dues payments may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expense, subject to exclusion for lobbying activity.
