Since 1959 the MOBA Parade of Homes has showcased homes by different builders in various neighborhoods throughout the Omaha metro area that provides inspiration for potential home buyers or those looking to remodel.

ABOUT US

The Metro Omaha Builders Association was chartered in 1946 and is a not-for-profit organization that was established to promote and protect various aspects of the home building industry.  The Parade of Homes is one of MOBA’s signature events.

The Parade will feature homes by different builders in various neighborhoods throughout the Omaha metro area and provides inspiration for potential home buyers or those looking to remodel, as well as give visitors an opportunity to check out the craftsmanship MOBA builders provide.

• What is the Parade of Homes
  Since 1959, the Parade of Homes has been one of MOBA’s signature events.  The Parade of Homes offers potential home buyers the opportunity to tour new homes throughout the Omaha Metro Area and meet the builders.
  
• Is there a charge for admission?
  This event is FREE to the public!
  
• Who are the Parade of Homes builders?
  Most of the homes showcased in the Parade are built by MOBA builders. MOBA builders learn about new products and connect with trade partners, which helps homebuyers in the Omaha metro area know they are doing business with a quality, reputable builder.
  
• Where can I get information about the homes on the tour? 
  Free Guidebooks are available at each home on the tour.
