Membership Renewal

Builder Member (Dues: $425 annually)

Associate member (Dues: $425 annually)

Affiliate/Real Estate Professional Member (Dues: $100 annually)

• Builder Members: Builders of single and multi-family residential units, commercial structures, general contractors, developers, or land developers. Any person, firm, or corporation that is in the business of building or remodeling.

• Associate Member: Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in a trade, service, industry, or profession aligned with the building industry.

• Affiliate/Real Estate Professional Member: Employees of current Builder of Associate members who want to be involved in MOBA. Does not apply for Associates/Trade Partners without an existing parent membership in good standing. Affiliates may serve on the Associate's Council, and Professional Women’s Council and will receive MOBA’s weekly newsletter.
